What sponsorship pays for
Not overhead.
The Colleyville Lions Club Foundation is the entity behind the club's charitable work. Sponsorship money goes into four places.
College scholarships
Awarded for over a decade, to seniors in GCISD, to Colleyville students at private and parochial schools, and to homeschooled seniors. The published criteria weigh academic record 20 percent, honors and activities and community service and work 25 percent, personal attributes 25 percent, and financial need 30 percent.
Free children's vision screening
Run at both family events, at no cost, for any child who walks up.
Texas Lions Camp
The residential camp in Kerrville for Texas children with physical disabilities, Down syndrome, cancer and Type 1 diabetes. Free to campers and their families. The club donates every year and sends members to work weekends.
Beds for North Texas children
Supported out of the Hole-in-One shootout.
Pick an event
Four events, five levels each.
Breakfast with Santa
December, at Crown of Life Lutheran Church. A family morning: pancakes, Santa photos, train rides.
Levels: $3,000 · $2,000 · $1,000 · $500 · $250
[VERIFY: tier names and per-tier benefits. The five amounts are confirmed for the current event, but the names and the ticket allocations come from the 2025 sponsor page and are a year stale.] [VERIFY: the sponsorship agreement form is currently hosted on the district site at lions2e2.org. Confirm it is current for the 2026 event, and decide whether it should move onto the club's own site.]Easter Egg Festival
Spring, at Crown of Life Lutheran Church. A free egg hunt, and families all morning.
Levels: Platinum $2,500 · Gold $1,500 · Silver $1,000 · Bronze $500 · Bunny $250
[VERIFY: per-tier benefits]Knights of Sight Golf Tournament
Texas Star Golf Course, Euless. A scramble with a dinner and awards room at the end of it.
[VERIFY: sponsor levels and amounts. None are published for this tournament.]SightFirst Charity Hole-in-One
September, at Bob Moore's Sports Center. Three days, 300 to 500 people through the gate.
Levels: Ace $5,000 and above · Eagle $3,000 · Birdie $1,000 · Par $500 · Sponsor $250
[VERIFY: per-tier benefits]What a sponsor gets
What the club can stand behind today.
Sponsorship is recognized publicly at each event. The Hole-in-One shootout draws 300 to 500 attendees over its three days. The club has not published audience figures for its other events, and this page will not estimate them.
[VERIFY: the benefit set for every tier of every event. This is the single biggest content gap on this page. Until the club confirms it, this section deliberately promises nothing it cannot evidence.]Or sponsor the club
Back all four at once.
Some businesses would rather back the club than a single date. Sponsorship at that level funds the same scholarships, screenings and camp weeks across all four events.

About the club
Who you would be sponsoring.
The Colleyville Lions Club was chartered June 1, 1982. It is club 41446 in Texas Lions District 2-E2, Zone 6, with roughly 200 members, and it meets every Friday for breakfast at 6:45 a.m., with the meeting from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m., at Crown of Life Lutheran Church, 6605 Pleasant Run Rd., Colleyville, TX 76034.
The charitable entity is the Colleyville Lions Club Foundation Inc.
[VERIFY: whether to display the club's EIN. It is publicly listed on the district site, and displaying it helps sponsors with their own paperwork, but it is the club's call.]Sponsor questions
Before you commit.
Is my sponsorship tax deductible?
[VERIFY: the club must answer this. Lions Clubs International itself is a 501(c)(4), and charitable giving typically routes through a foundation. The Colleyville Lions Club Foundation Inc. exists, but its deductibility status has not been published and must not be asserted here.]
Can I sponsor more than one event?
Yes. Ask about backing the club across all four.
When do you need a commitment?
[VERIFY: sponsorship deadlines per event. The current sponsor page asks for commitments as soon as possible and publishes no dated deadline.]
Can I donate goods or a raffle prize instead of cash?
[VERIFY: does the club accept in-kind sponsorship, and who handles it?]
Who do I talk to?
Email info@colleyvillelions.com or call (817) 494-8702.
Put your name on a morning that pays for a child's eye exam.
Levels start at $250. Tell the club which event you have in mind.
