The Drug Awareness Council is a District 2-E2 charity that educates youth and adults about the dangers of drug abuse and chemical dependency. Its mailing address is P.O. Box 28, Colleyville, TX 76034. It runs Red Ribbon Week, a Youth Poster Contest, and a Drug Awareness Speech Contest worth up to $6,000 in scholarship prizes to a sponsored student.
